We never stop putting our effort to quality control and technological innovation, with the strong supporting from our R & D, our tape production expand to 120 cartons to 900 cartons per day. In the past 12 years, Vima has experienced incredible development, it has grown in to only the manufacturer in INDIA that can be provide the printed tapes within 3 days.

Superior Quality

 

  • The Self Adhesive printed BOPP tapes consist of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on to a backing material of BOPP Film (Bio-Oxalated Polypropylene Film) in various thickness grades such as 38 Micron, 40 Micron, 42 Micron, 45 Micron, 48 Micron, 51 Micron, 55 Micron etc,. Usually the standard base material (BOPP Film) thickness is 23 Micron & the Adhesive Thickness is 22 Micron. Total tape thickness is 45 Micron. It is sticky (tacky) with none heat or solvent for activation and adheres to light pressure. 
  • The adhesiveness of the tape does depend not only on the type of tape but also on its macroscopic shape. Tapes with sharp corners start to detach at pointed corners. The adhesive strength are often sufficiently improved by cutting the sides as shown within the film.
